About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Source candidates from different platforms.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct pre-screening calls.
- Verify candidate details.
- Check communication skills.
- Schedule interviews.
- Maintain recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities.
Daily Targets
You will work on daily hiring goals. Regular target achievement is expected.
- Schedule 15 qualified candidates for interviews each day.
- Achieve 3 candidate selections per day.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. You should be able to work independently.
- 12th pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Stable internet connection.

- Good English and Hindi communication.
