Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. Your role will be to connect with potential customers over phone calls and introduce them to our IT services, including:
- Website Design & Development
- Instagram & Social Media Marketing
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
- Google Ads and more
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
- Maintain customer data in CRM / Excel
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services
- Coordinate with marketing & development teams
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets
- Maintain professional communication
- Close sales and convert leads into clients
✅ Requirements
- Must have Laptop/Desktop + Stable Internet Connection
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Fluency in respective regional language (mandatory)
- Strong convincing and sales skills
- Ability to work under targets
Additional Advantage
- Candidates with knowledge of 2–3 languages will be given preference
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
