<strong>About the Position</strong>
OTECHNONIX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring IT Field Executives. This is a remote field-based opportunity. You will meet clients in your assigned area. You will promote the company's IT services. You will also generate new business.
The company is hiring for Guwahati, Assam. Nalbari, Assam. Bongaigaon, Assam. Shillong, Meghalaya. Nagaon, Assam. Jorhat, Assam. Dibrugarh, Assam. Tezpur, Assam.
You should be active and confident. Good communication skills are needed. Field work experience is preferred.

<strong>Eligibility</strong>

You should have at least 1 year of experience in Sales, Service Marketing, or Field Work.
You must have a bike with valid documents. You should also have a laptop or tablet. Basic computer knowledge is required.
<strong>Language Requirement</strong>

<li>Shillong: English and Khasi</li>

<strong>Your Daily Work</strong>
<ul>
<li>Visit at least 10 clients every day</li>
<li>Promote company IT services</li>
<li>Generate new business</li>
<li>Achieve monthly targets</li>
<li>Submit daily work reports</li>
<li>Build good client relationships</li>
<li>Coordinate with the office team</li>
</ul>
<strong>Salary and Incentives</strong>
Fixed salary starts from ₹10K to ₹15K.
Performance incentive is available up to ₹12K.
Extra business above target earns an additional 15% incentive.
Monthly earnings can reach ₹22K based on performance.
<strong>Career Growth</strong>
Employees who perform well for 6 months can receive higher fixed salary as per company policy.
Promotion opportunities include Senior Field Executive. Business Development Executive. Team Leader. Regional Sales Coordinator.
Performance-based salary hikes are also available.
<strong>Training and Benefits</strong>
The company provides 3 days of training.
Food will be provided during training.
Accommodation and travel expenses are not provided.
For the first 6 months the company also provides travelling allowance, SIM card, marketing materials and required business resources.
<strong>Leave Policy</strong>
During the first 6 months you will get 1 paid leave every month.
After 6 months you will get 24 paid leaves every year as per company policy.
