Job Responsibilities:

Handle international inbound and outbound calls

Provide technical and service-related support via calls, email, and chat

Troubleshoot customer technical issues efficiently

Maintain CRM records and ensure high customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support / International Process

IT or Technical background preferred

Excellent English communication skills

Ability to work night shifts

Laptop and stable internet connection (for WFH)
