• Handle chat and email support for customers
• Solve customer issues in simple communication

• Maintain proper records of conversations

Process Details

• Domestic non-voice process work
• Day shift job
• 6 working days in a week with 1 rotational off
• English and Hindi communication needed

• Any graduate can apply
• Freshers and experienced both allowed
