This work is simple support work without calling. Person needs to handle customer on chat and email. No voice calling work. Good for people who like typing work.
About This Work
This is non voice process. Work will be fully from home. Person will get company laptop. Daily work is replying to customer messages and solving their problem. Work is easy but needs focus and good typing.
Salary Details
Salary will be given based on experience and interview. Good growth chance if performance is good.
Work Responsibility
- Handle customer queries on chat and email
- Give correct solution to customers
- Follow company process properly
- Update system after every work
- Keep communication simple and clear
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support
- Non voice experience is better
- 12th pass or above
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Comfortable working from home
Work Benefits
