Job Overview/Description:
Lenskart is looking for a creative Product Description Writer who can transform technical product information into clear, engaging, and persuasive text. Your task will involve writing detailed, accurate, and SEO-friendly descriptions for eyewear products listed on our e-commerce platform. You’ll work closely with the catalog and design teams to ensure every product listing reflects the brand’s tone and helps customers make informed purchase decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Write unique, attractive, and keyword-optimized descriptions for eyewear products.
• Proofread and edit existing listings to improve readability and search visibility.
• Maintain consistent style, tone, and accuracy across all content.
• Coordinate with photography and catalog teams for product details and features.
• Ensure all product information complies with internal guidelines.
Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent command over written English.
• Ability to simplify technical information creatively.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and online product content writing.
• Good research and editing skills.
