<p>This role is for production support work in FMCG industry. Work is mainly helping in daily factory production tasks, material handling, and supporting smooth workflow in manufacturing unit.</p>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>

<li>Basic understanding of production process</li>
<li>Communication and teamwork skill</li>
<li>Ability to work in shift if needed</li>
<li>Awareness of safety and hygiene rules</li>
<li>Experience in manufacturing or FMCG work</li>

<h3>Experience Requirement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or manufacturing field</li>
<li>Supervising experience is a plus</li>

<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Support daily production work in factory</li>
<li>Check and manage raw material availability</li>
<li>Assist machine operators and supervisors</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness in production area</li>
<li>Follow safety and quality rules</li>
<li>Help in packing, labeling and dispatch work</li>
<li>Report production issues if any problem comes</li>
</ul>
<h3>Work Environment</h3>
<p>Work is in factory setup. Candidate should be ready for physical work and shift timing. Safety and hygiene rules must be strictly followed.</p>
