Job Overview

This role is for production support work in FMCG industry. Work is mainly helping in daily factory production tasks, material handling, and supporting smooth workflow in manufacturing unit.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of production process
• Communication and teamwork skill
• Ability to work in shift if needed
• Awareness of safety and hygiene rules
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG work

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG or manufacturing field
• Supervising experience is a plus
• Diploma holders can apply

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily production work in factory
• Check and manage raw material availability
• Assist machine operators and supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness in production area
• Follow safety and quality rules
• Help in packing, labeling and dispatch work
• Report production issues if any problem comes

Work Environment

Work is in factory setup. Candidate should be ready for physical work and shift timing. Safety and hygiene rules must be strictly followed.
