Job Overview
This role is for MRI Accountant. Work is from home. You will handle real estate accounting work for global clients. Work is a bit advanced. Only experienced candidates should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full accounting for property portfolio
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
- Work on GL entries and reconciliations
- Manage accruals and financial statements
- Support in budgeting, forecasting and audits
- Coordinate with property and asset managers
Required Skills
- Strong experience in MRI Software (GL Module)
- Knowledge of real estate or property accounting
- Good understanding of GAAP
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in month-end closing and reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years experience
- At least 2 years experience in MRI software (mandatory)
- Good communication and understanding of accounts
Important Note
Candidates without MRI software experience will not be considered. This is strict requirement.
