<h3>Job Overview</h3>
<p>This role is for <strong>MRI Accountant</strong>. Work is from home. You will handle real estate accounting work for global clients. Work is a bit advanced. Only experienced candidates should apply.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Handle full accounting for property portfolio</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports</li>
<li>Work on GL entries and reconciliations</li>
<li>Manage accruals and financial statements</li>
<li>Support in budgeting, forecasting and audits</li>
<li>Coordinate with property and asset managers</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in <strong>MRI Software (GL Module)</strong></li>
<li>Knowledge of real estate or property accounting</li>
<li>Good understanding of GAAP</li>
<li>Strong Excel skills</li>
<li>Experience in month-end closing and reporting</li>
</ul>
<h3>Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years experience</li>
<li>At least 2 years experience in MRI software (mandatory)</li>
<li>Good communication and understanding of accounts</li>
</ul>
<h3>Important Note</h3>
<p>Candidates without MRI software experience will not be considered. This is strict requirement.</p>
