Job Overview

This role is for MRI Accountant. Work is from home. You will handle real estate accounting work for global clients. Work is a bit advanced. Only experienced candidates should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full accounting for property portfolio
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
• Work on GL entries and reconciliations
• Manage accruals and financial statements
• Support in budgeting, forecasting and audits
• Coordinate with property and asset managers

Required Skills

• Strong experience in MRI Software (GL Module)
• Knowledge of real estate or property accounting
• Good understanding of GAAP
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in month-end closing and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years experience
• At least 2 years experience in MRI software (mandatory)
• Good communication and understanding of accounts

Important Note

Candidates without MRI software experience will not be considered. This is strict requirement.
