Sardarji Realtors Pvt Ltd is hiring a Real Estate Telecaller in Noida. The selected candidate will contact potential buyers and help generate qualified property leads.

The role includes customer calls, property enquiries, follow-ups and site visit coordination. Freshers can apply and prior sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential buyers using company-provided leads.
• Explain property details such as location price type and amenities.
• Understand customer needs and budget.
• Generate qualified property leads.
• Schedule site visits for interested buyers.
• Follow up with potential customers.
• Update customer details in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English Hindi or local language.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the day.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Excel WhatsApp and email.
• Willingness to learn about real estate.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
• Target-oriented approach.
• Polite and professional customer handling.
