Job Overview
This is a work-from-home recruiter role for female candidates. You will handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job roles.
Key Responsibilities & Hiring Work
- Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlisting
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling
- Manage hiring pipelines and update records
- Work on different hiring types (lateral, bulk, technical)
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Female candidates only
- 6 months to 5 years of recruitment experience
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Work Conditions
- Work From Home
- Monday to Saturday working
- SLA / Agreement: 2 Years
