Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on overseas education options, universities, and courses

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels

Explain admission process, eligibility, documentation, and timelines

Follow up with prospective students to drive lead conversion
-
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
Skills & Eligibility:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
-
1–3 years experience in student counselling or education consultancy preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of study-abroad destinations (Australia, Canada, UK, Europe) is a plus
-
Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
