Email Infrastructure Setup:

• Configure sending domains and subdomains for outreach campaigns
• Setup and manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records and DNS configuration
• Configure Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes for email outreach
• Ensure proper DNS propagation and authentication validation
• Setup tracking domains and custom sending domains

Deliverability Management:

• Implement domain warming and mailbox warming strategies
• Monitor inbox placement, sender reputation and spam risks
• Manage sending limits and domain rotation strategies
• Troubleshoot blacklist issues and deliverability problems
• Maintain healthy email infrastructure across multiple domains

Platform Setup & Integration:

• Configure and manage outreach platforms like HubSpot, Apollo.io, Instantly.ai
• Setup email accounts and integrate them with marketing platforms
• Monitor deliverability and campaign infrastructure
• Support outreach teams in launching campaigns

Campaign Support:

• Assist marketing teams in deploying outreach campaigns
• Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints and domain health
• Apply best practices for global email outreach campaigns
• Maintain proper documentation of sending infrastructure

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of DNS configuration and email authentication
• Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX Records and Reverse DNS
• Experience managing multiple sending domains and mailboxes
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo.io or Instantly.ai

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in email marketing infrastructure or deliverability
• Experience supporting cold email outreach or outbound marketing teams
• Experience managing domain and mailbox setup for global campaigns
