Trimus HR Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter. This is a remote hiring opportunity. You will work on domestic healthcare recruitment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

You will hire doctors and healthcare professionals. You will source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews. You will also follow up with candidates until onboarding.
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with candidates.</li>
<li>Follow up until final onboarding.</li>
<li>Build a strong candidate pipeline.</li>
<li>Meet hiring targets.</li>
<li>Keep the candidate experience smooth.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>6 months to 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.</li>
<li>Experience in domestic recruitment is preferred.</li>
<li>Hiring experience for doctors, medical faculty, or healthcare staff is preferred.</li>
<li>Good communication skills.</li>
<li>Good sourcing and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.</li>
<li>Immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice period.</li>
