Position: Healthcare Recruiter
You will hire doctors and healthcare professionals. You will source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews. You will also follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up until final onboarding.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet hiring targets.
- Keep the candidate experience smooth.
Eligibility:
- 6 months to 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.
- Experience in domestic recruitment is preferred.
- Hiring experience for doctors, medical faculty, or healthcare staff is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Good sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.
- Immediate joiners or up to 15 days notice period.
