<strong>About the Opportunity</strong>
The company is looking for a motivated recruiter. You will manage the complete hiring process. You will work with clients from different industries. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>
<ul>
<li>Handle end-to-end recruitment.</li>
<li>Source candidates from job portals.</li>
<li>Screen resumes.</li>
<li>Conduct telephonic interviews.</li>
<li>Schedule client interviews.</li>
<li>Follow up with candidates.</li>
<li>Maintain a talent pipeline.</li>
<li>Update ATS and CRM records.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients.</li>
<li>Share hiring reports.</li>
<li>Meet hiring targets.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
Candidates with recruitment experience are preferred. You should be able to work independently. A laptop and internet connection are required.

<li>Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.</li>
<li>1 to 3 years of recruitment experience.</li>
<li>Experience in manpower consultancy is preferred.</li>
<li>Construction or engineering hiring experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Own laptop is required.</li>
<li>Stable internet connection is required.</li>
