Responsibilities
✓ Source candidates for EPC roles (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, Commissioning)
✓ Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including screening, interviews & negotiation
✓ Build relationships with EPC companies and project stakeholders
✓ Provide market insights, salary benchmarks & recruitment advice
✓ Identify new business opportunities and pitch recruitment services
Requirements
✓ 2+ years' recruitment experience in EPC/Oil & Gas/Energy
✓ Strong understanding of technical engineering roles
✓ Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, networking)
✓ Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
✓ Ability to work in a target-driven remote environment
Additional Skills
✓ Experience with EPC contractors or engineering consultancies
✓ HR or recruitment certifications (preferred)
