Redfaris Technologies is hiring a confident and proactive Telecaller / Client Engagement Executive. The work is about connecting with business owners. You will understand their needs and pitch digital services. This is a remote work from home setup.

The role includes calling leads and checking their online presence. You will look at Google Business Profile and website status. You will also explain the value of a website if the client does not have one. The work needs clear talking and good follow-up.

Hindi and English are both needed. The company wants someone polite and persuasive. Freshers with strong communication skills can apply. Experience in telecalling or inside sales will help.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential clients using provided WhatsApp and business leads
• Talk professionally with business owners in Hindi and English
• Understand client needs and business problems
• Check Google Business Profile and website status
• Explain website and digital services to clients
• Request demo appointments
• Follow up with interested leads
• Share qualified leads and demo confirmations with the team
• Maintain daily call and lead reports

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Confident and polite calling style
• Basic understanding of websites
• Basic understanding of Google Business Profiles
• Basic understanding of online presence for businesses
• Ability to work independently
• Discipline during working hours

The company prefers expert candidates for better client interaction. Freshers with good communication can also apply. Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or client coordination is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 8 to 9 hours per day
• Fixed availability during working hours

Compensation

The pay is freelance or contract based. Fixed pay and performance incentives are available. Demo and conversion based payment details will be shared in the interview.
