• Consistent academic record with 50% and above
• Recent Graduates / Postgraduates (2024 & 2025 batches)
• Maximum 1-year education gap allowed
• Immediate joiners only
• Candidates preparing for CA / CFA / FRM / CAT / MAT not eligible
• Candidates interviewed in last 6 months not eligible

Accepted Qualifications:

• BBA (Marketing / Finance), MBA (Finance)
• B.Com, M.Com
• B.Sc / M.Sc / BA / MA in Economics
• MBA pursuing candidates are eligible

Salary Structure:

• Graduates (Probation): ₹12,600 take-home | ₹16,800 CTC
• Graduates (Post Confirmation): ₹15,200 take-home | ₹20,200 CTC + Dollar Incentives
• Post Graduates (Probation): ₹13,600 take-home | ₹18,000 CTC
• Post Graduates (Post Confirmation): ₹16,300 take-home | ₹21,700 CTC + Dollar Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Collect, summarize, and synthesize PE & VC business information
• Fund profiling, management profiling, and portfolio updates
• Track PE/VC-backed M&A, LBOs, MBOs, and funding rounds
• Deliver research tasks within defined TAT

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A, Debt
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle targets and research deadlines

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working
• Hybrid Model: 3 Days WFO + 2 Days WFH
• Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
