<strong>About the Position</strong>
Indus Towers is hiring Site Acquisition Executives for its Telecom team. This is a remote field-based position. You will work in your assigned area. You will identify sites and complete the acquisition process.
The company is looking for candidates with sales experience. Good communication skills are important. You should be comfortable meeting land owners and government officials.
<strong>What You Will Do</strong>
<ul>
<li>Identify suitable land for telecom tower installation</li>
<li>Meet land owners and discuss lease agreements</li>
<li>Negotiate lease contracts</li>
<li>Coordinate with government departments</li>
<li>Prepare site permission documents</li>
<li>Complete site acquisition within timelines</li>
<li>Work with customers and subcontractors</li>
<li>Achieve monthly targets</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any discipline with full-time education</li>
<li>2 to 5 years of relevant experience</li>
<li>Experience in sales is required</li>
<li>Distance education will not be accepted</li>
<li>Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory</li>
<li>Good presentation and communication skills</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple tasks</li>
