We’re on the lookout for a proactive and creative <b>Social Media Manager</b> who can not only manage social platforms but also handle <b>content creation</b> and <b>content calendar planning</b> across various client brands.
<b>Key Responsibilities</b>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute monthly <b>content calendars</b> for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li>
<li>Create engaging content — including captions, creatives, and reels — aligned with each brand’s identity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the design team or use tools like Canva to create high-quality visuals.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end social media posting — from ideation to publishing.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends and implement strategies that boost engagement.</li>
<li>Engage with followers (likes, comments, DMs), and manage brand reputation.</li>
<li>Track performance using insights and analytics; prepare monthly reports.</li>
</ul>
<b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b>
<ul>
<li>0 to 1 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of content creation — both visual (Canva, Adobe tools) and written.</li>
<li>Experience with <b>content calendar planning</b> and social media scheduling tools.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and creative thinking.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple brands and meet content deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<b>Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)</b>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with tools like <b>Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer</b>.</li>
<li>Experience with performance marketing or influencer outreach.</li>
<li>Understanding of visual storytelling and brand positioning.</li>
