<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Design, develop, test, and maintain web and/or mobile applications</li>
<li>Write clean, scalable, and efficient code</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers</li>
<li>Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices</li>
<li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li>
<li>Experience with any one framework (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Django, Laravel, etc.)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git / version control</li>
<li>Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn</li>
</ul>
<h3>Good to Have (Not Mandatory)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Full-stack development experience</li>
<li>API integration and RESTful services</li>
<li>Cloud basics (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li>
<li>Experience in startup or fast-paced environments</li>
