Role Overview:

Connect with students interested in pilot training programs

Provide course information and guide them through the admission process

Help convert student inquiries into confirmed admissions
Main Responsibilities:
-
Call and follow up with student leads interested in aviation training programs
-
Explain course details, eligibility, training structure, and aviation career opportunities
-
Guide students and parents through admission and enrollment steps
-
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential candidates
-
Update and manage lead details in CRM or lead management systems
-
Answer queries related to pilot training and career pathways in aviation

Achieve monthly admission conversion targets
Required Skills:
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone
-
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up calls
-
Basic computer knowledge including CRM tools or Excel
-
Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counselling preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
