You will help hire candidates for different roles. You will work with job portals and communicate with applicants. This role is ideal for candidates starting a career in recruitment.
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.</li>
<li>Conduct telephonic screening.</li>
<li>Explain job opportunities to candidates.</li>
<li>Schedule interviews.</li>
<li>Follow up until candidate joining.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment records.</li>
<li>Coordinate with hiring managers.</li>
<li>Share daily recruitment updates.</li>
<li>Communicate through calls WhatsApp and email.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>BBA or MBA is mandatory.</li>
<li>Freshers can apply.</li>
<li>Good communication in Hindi and English.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of recruitment is preferred.</li>
<li>Laptop with stable internet connection.</li>
<li>Active calling number.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Work Schedule:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.</li>
<li>5.5 working days per week.</li>
<li>2nd and 4th Saturdays off.</li>
<li>All Sundays off.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Salary Details:</strong>
Training stipend is ₹6K. After successful probation the salary will be ₹12K per month. Performance incentives are available from the first day for successful candidate joinings.
