Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates from job portals and social media
  • Conduct screening and interview coordination
  • Do proactive candidate outreach and cold calling
  • Manage hiring targets and closures

Eligibility & Skills

  • 2–10 years experience in HR recruitment
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Own laptop and stable internet required
  • Women candidates / women returning to work only
