Battery OK Technologies is hiring a Telecaller Executive. The company works on EV DOCTOR™, a smart battery diagnostic solution. The goal is to help EV garages and service centers become EV ready.

This opening is for a confident and empathetic person. You will talk to customers. You will explain the product clearly. You will also help the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Call EV garages, dealers, service centers, and battery businesses
• Explain EV DOCTOR™ features and benefits
• Share pricing and use cases clearly
• Understand customer needs
• Qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain call records and lead status
• Coordinate for demos and closures
• Support customers with polite communication

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Basic English communication skills
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
• Basic knowledge of EV, automobile, battery, or tools industry is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Discipline and target focus are important
• Patience and clarity in communication are needed
