PurpleBits Infosystems is hiring a Telecaller for its PurpleIPD healthcare software. The role involves contacting hospitals, clinics and nursing homes to generate leads and arrange product demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and cold calls to healthcare organisations.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Explain PurpleIPD and identify customer requirements.
- Schedule product demos and meetings.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Update CRM records and achieve calling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Good communication and objection-handling skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets, email and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable with cold calling and targets.
- Freshers with strong communication can apply.
- Hospital, healthcare software, EMR or HIMS sales experience is preferred.
