<strong>About The Work</strong>
The selected candidate will handle outbound telecalling for business loan sales. The work is target-based and needs regular calling activity.
Candidates should have good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers. The work is fully remote but requires discipline and daily follow-up.

<li>Support lead conversion</li>
<li>Maintain calling records</li>

<strong>Work Timing</strong>

<li>9:30 AM to 7:30 PM</li>
<li>1-hour lunch break</li>

<strong>Salary And Incentives</strong>
Fixed salary will be up to ₹10K during the first 6 months depending on experience.
Performance-based variable salary will also be provided. Incentives will be calculated quarterly.
Salary revision is possible after 6 months based on performance.
