About The Work

The selected candidate will handle outbound telecalling for business loan sales. The work is target-based and needs regular calling activity.

Candidates should have good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers. The work is fully remote but requires discipline and daily follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls
• Explain business loan services
• Follow up with interested customers
• Support lead conversion
• Maintain calling records
• Achieve sales targets
• Follow company process properly

Requirements

• Laptop or desktop
• Stable Wi-Fi connection
• Smartphone
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with telecalling work
• Ability to work full-time
• Basic sales understanding
• Previous documents and salary slips available

Work Timing

• 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch break

Salary And Incentives

Fixed salary will be up to ₹10K during the first 6 months depending on experience.

Performance-based variable salary will also be provided. Incentives will be calculated quarterly.

Salary revision is possible after 6 months based on performance.
