Job Overview
This work is about managing freight loads and connecting shippers with carriers. You will handle full process from finding load to final delivery. Work is fully remote and gives full freedom. Income depends on your performance.
Earnings Details
No fixed salary. Income is based on commission. You can earn up to 40% commission on each load. Payments are given every 2 weeks.
Main Responsibilities
- Find and manage freight loads
- Connect with shippers and carriers
- Handle full load cycle from start to finish
- Use tools like DAT and Truckstop
- Maintain good relationship with clients
Skills Required
Experience is important for this role.
- Knowledge of US logistics and freight
- Ability to handle OTR and drayage loads
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Ability to work independently
Experience
Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in freight brokering required.
Important Requirement
Candidate must have active Book of Business (direct shipper contacts). Without this, selection is not possible.
