Geesha Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a US Healthcare Recruiter for its Mohali office. The role involves sourcing, screening and placing qualified healthcare professionals for US-based positions.
Candidates will work in EST-aligned night shifts to match client needs. The role requires strong English communication and knowledge of healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone or video interviews.
- Assess candidate skills and experience.
- Build talent pipelines for roles such as RNs, CNAs and allied health professionals.
- Work with US clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Negotiate placements with clients.
- Manage candidate relationships.
- Handle offer letters and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Eligibility and Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing.
- Experience with US healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Good knowledge of healthcare roles and certifications such as NCLEX and BLS.
- Knowledge of visa processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in ATS tools such as Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with EST hours.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
