This is a client-facing sales and support role. You will speak with leads, explain services, and help convert them into customers.

You will also manage client relationships. The work needs clear communication, discipline, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Handling

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain services clearly
• Follow up with leads
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Meet daily calling targets
• Meet weekly conversion goals

Client Support

• Handle client questions on phone and WhatsApp
• Keep communication professional
• Support smooth client onboarding
• Maintain strong client relationships

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with the internal team
• Share updates on lead progress
• Help keep the sales process smooth

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with fluency in English and Hindi
• People with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or client servicing
