Job Overview

Main Work

• Call customers and explain services clearly
• Handle customer questions and give proper answers
• Maintain good communication with clients
• Work on sales and follow-ups
• Manage daily calling targets

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• 3 to 5 years experience in telecalling or customer communication
• Good communication and speaking skills
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Confident and result-oriented person

Experience Needed

• Tele sales: Minimum 3 years
• Total work experience: Minimum 3 years
• B2B sales: Minimum 2 years
