Markosol Technologies is hiring a YouTube Thumbnail Designer for remote work. The role focuses on creating clickable, professional thumbnails that can improve views and click-through rates.
Candidates should have strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills. Good visual design, creativity and attention to detail are required.
Responsibilities
- Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.
- Create multiple concepts when required.
- Research successful thumbnails.
- Follow current thumbnail trends.
- Remove backgrounds and enhance visuals.
- Create realistic effects and image manipulations.
- Revise designs based on feedback.
- Complete projects on time.
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge.
- YouTube thumbnail design experience.
- Good composition, colour and typography knowledge.
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of AI and design tools.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach.
- Own device and good internet connection.
- Ability to work independently.
- Availability during working hours.
