Responsibilities:

Call potential customers to promote CCTV installation and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services.

Explain product features, offers, and packages clearly.

Maintain proper follow-up calls and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Record daily call data and prepare simple reports.

Coordinate with the technical team for installation scheduling.
Skills & Requirements:

Good Tamil communication; basic English preferred.
