Responsibilities
✓ Assist in recruitment and selection (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
✓ Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
✓ Support onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities
✓ Help develop HR policies and prepare attendance reports
Eligibility & Skills
✓ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✓ Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
✓ Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
✓ Self-motivated and eager to learn corporate HR functions
