<li>Provide resolutions with excellent communication standards</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines</li>

<strong>Eligibility & Skills</strong>

<li>Graduates (freshers) can apply; Undergraduates must have 6 months experience</li>

<li>Strong English communication skills required</li>
