Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls in Hindi, Telugu & English
  • Resolve customer queries in day-shift voice process
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Skills

  • 0–3 years experience (Freshers eligible)
  • Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu
  • Education: 12th / Diploma and above
  • BE / BTech / PG not eligible (may consider with BPO experience)

Work Details

  • Day Shift only
  • 6 days working, 1 rotational off
  • First 3 months Work From Office
  • Post 3 months: Work From Home based on performance
