Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls in Hindi, Telugu & English
- Resolve customer queries in day-shift voice process
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Eligibility & Skills
- 0–3 years experience (Freshers eligible)
- Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi & Telugu
- Education: 12th / Diploma and above
- BE / BTech / PG not eligible (may consider with BPO experience)
Work Details
- Day Shift only
- 6 days working, 1 rotational off
- First 3 months Work From Office
- Post 3 months: Work From Home based on performance
