  • Customer handling through chat support (Voice & Non-Voice international process)
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and timely
  • Provide customer service support as per process guidelines
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records

Eligibility & Skills

  • Minimum 12th pass (Graduates & Post Graduates can also apply)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years)
