- Customer handling through chat support (Voice & Non-Voice international process)
- Resolve customer queries professionally and timely
- Provide customer service support as per process guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduates & Post Graduates can also apply)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years)
