Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for SBI renewal process
• Resolve customer queries professionally without sales targets
• Provide accurate information related to policies and renewals
• Maintain customer records and call quality standards

Eligibility & Skills

• HSC / Graduate candidates can apply
• Fresher to 3 years experience accepted
• Average communication skills required
• Basic customer handling and voice process knowledge

Shift & Work Details

• Day shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 days working
• Immediate joiners preferred
