Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for TATA Term & Non-Term Insurance process

Communicate clearly with customers in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

Perform assigned customer service tasks as per process guidelines

Maintain accurate call records and follow quality standards
Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
