Work Mode Details:

• First 3 months: Work From Office (Training)
• After training: Work From Home

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries over calls
• Understand issues and resolve as per process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service
• Follow SOPs and maintain interaction records

Eligibility & Skills:

• Education: Any (10+2 / Diploma / Degree)
• Freshers & experienced BPO candidates can apply
• Strictly no B-Tech, MBA, PG freshers
• Good communication skills in required languages
• Typing speed: 20–25 WPM
• Age limit: Up to 30 years
• Flexible for rotational shifts (6:00 AM – 11:45 PM, 9 hours)
• Team player with positive attitude
