• Write SEO-friendly and engaging content
• Edit and proofread existing content

Key Responsibilities – Documentation

• Create user guides and manuals
• Write SOPs, FAQs, and training documents
• Convert technical content into simple language
• Keep documentation clear and well-structured

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of writing or documentation experience
• Strong English writing skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Notion, or Confluence
