Responsibilities

Handle bulk hiring for BPO roles across multiple clients

Source candidates via job portals, databases, references, and social media

Screen and interview candidates to assess job fit

Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes

Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Eligibility & Skills
-
Minimum 1 year experience in bulk hiring (BPO preferred)

Freshers with excellent English communication may apply
