Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage recruitment closures on percentage/commission basis
• Maintain basic recruitment records and reports

Eligibility & Skills

• 0 – 2 years experience in recruitment (freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently from home
