<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<p>Write and edit fast, accurate, engaging sports news (Cricket mandatory, plus Football, Tennis, WWE)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proofread and refine articles for clarity, grammar, structure, and editorial standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Optimize articles for SEO, metadata, keywords, and Google Discover visibility</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Guide writers on content quality, headlines, and engagement improvement</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure timely publishing of breaking news, match updates, and trending topics</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>3–5 years of experience in sports writing/editing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong knowledge of Cricket and other major sports</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Hands-on experience in SEO and Discover-friendly formatting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent English grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills</p>
</li>

<p>Ability to work in a fast-paced digital newsroom</p>
