<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Counsel students on overseas education options, universities, and courses</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Explain admission process, eligibility, documentation, and timelines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Follow up with prospective students to drive lead conversion</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills & Eligibility:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>1–3 years experience in student counselling or education consultancy preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Knowledge of study-abroad destinations (Australia, Canada, UK, Europe) is a plus</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups</p>
