Blurbpoint Media is expanding its creative team and searching for a performance-focused designer who understands paid ads. This role is perfect for someone who can blend AI tools with manual creativity to produce high-converting visuals.
<strong>Work Schedule</strong>
<ul>
<li>Shift timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST</li>
<li>Portfolio submission is mandatory</li>
<li>Agency experience preferred (2–3 years)</li>
</ul>
<strong>Your Day-to-Day Work</strong>
<ul>
<li>Design high-performing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads</li>
<li>Produce UGC-style videos and short-form ad creatives</li>
<li>Collaborate with media buying and marketing teams</li>
<li>Use AI tools to speed up creative production while maintaining quality</li>
<li>Test and optimize creatives based on performance data</li>
<li>Deliver multiple creative variations within deadlines</li>
</ul>
<strong>Tools & Expertise Expected</strong>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Synthesia, CapCut AI</li>
<li>Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro</li>
<li>Experience creating ad creatives for A/B testing</li>
<li>Solid understanding of paid ads creative strategy</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency setup</li>
