Your Role

handle customer support calls and resolve user queries

guide customers on using the ERP software properly

assist with basic accounting entries, billing, and GST questions

provide remote support to existing customers when needed
Who Can Apply

basic knowledge of accounting and GST required

good communication skills in Hindi and English

customer support experience preferred
