<strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Counsel students about available courses and career options</li>
<li>Communicate with students through calls, messages, and online inquiries</li>
<li>Understand student interests and suggest suitable educational programs</li>
<li>Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions</li>
<li>Maintain proper records of student inquiries and interactions</li>
<li>Explain course details, fees structure, and placement assistance</li>
<li>Work towards admission targets and help increase enrollments</li>
</ul>
<strong>Required Skills:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong counselling and convincing ability</li>
<li>Ability to convert leads into admissions</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge</li>
<li>Comfortable working with targets</li>

<strong>Eligibility Criteria:</strong>

<li>Graduate in any stream</li>
<li>0–1 year experience in counselling, education, or sales</li>
<li>Freshers with good communication skills can also apply</li>
