Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fertility Staff Nurse to provide medical care, maintain clinical records, assist consultants, and support patients during procedures at the centre.

Key Responsibilities & Role Details

• Provide care to patients during outpatient and inpatient procedures
• Maintain, monitor, and update medical records and daily reports
• Verify consent forms and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee availability and maintenance of medical instruments
• Inspect crash cart and ensure drugs are stocked and up-to-date
• Supervise OT cleaning, conduct culture tests, and manage biomedical waste
• Coordinate with front desk and clinical coordinator for scheduling
• Administer injections and monitor vital parameters (height, weight, BP)
• Assist consultants during scans and medical procedures
• Maintain professional and compassionate patient interactions
• Respond calmly in emergency situations
• Prepare consumption reports and maintain stock records
• Enforce infection control and biomedical waste protocols

Eligibility & Skills Required

• B.Sc. in Nursing (Diploma preferred)
• 2–5 years of nursing experience (1 year preferred)
• Nursing license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Fluent in Hindi (preferred)
