<h3>About This Work</h3>
<p>This work is for online facilitator and customer support. Main task is to help in online training sessions. You will support trainers and learners during live sessions. Work is simple but needs focus and good communication.</p>
<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Help in onboarding new trainers</li>
<li>Manage registration and participant list</li>
<li>Follow up with learners for pre-work</li>
<li>Support live online sessions (audio, video, chat)</li>
<li>Maintain attendance and feedback records</li>
<li>Coordinate with faculty and internal teams</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills Required</h3>
<ul>
<li>Good communication in English</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks</li>
<li>Polite and helpful nature</li>
</ul>
<h3>Eligibility Criteria</h3>
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any stream</li>
<li>0 to 4 years experience</li>
<li>Freshers can also apply</li>
<li>Interest in training and support work</li>
</ul>
<h3>Work Environment</h3>
<p>This role is fully remote. Work is time based and requires active participation during sessions. You will be main contact point for learners and trainers.</p>
